Beautiful surroundings and great facilities. Stunning beach and pool. the food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great activities available for guest enjoyment. Located close to local attractions.
Inadequate air conditioning in the rooms made for uncomfortable temperatures, especially during the hotter days. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to get online.

The staff were friendly and polite, and many spoke English well. The all-inclusive meals had a variety of options, with a chef cooking certain foods to order. The rooms were comfortable and the maid service was good. The animation team was fantastic, especially with children. The hotel offered great value for money.
Getting a preferred spot by the pool required getting up early. Some of the negative reviews were misleading, as the hotel provided a pleasant stay overall.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The location was perfect, as we could enjoy various activities in the beautiful mountains nearby, offering breathtaking panoramic views. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly baked pastries in the morning.
Nothing. No complaints at all.
